Covina Appliance is a family-owned business that has serviced Covina and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley area for over 40 years. The original owners, Glean and Stephanie Kerr, recently returned to the business after a four-year hiatus, to direct day-to-day operations again. Their many years of experience, and their personal interest in customer satisfaction, will guarantee that you receive the best service possible. They are committed to providing you with the top-quality service you have come to expect, and truly want you as a customer for life!

Our History
We began as Kerr’s Refrigeration and Appliance Service in the Temple City area more than 40 years ago. Glean started out as the only technician, and grew the company over many years. Stephanie left a 20-year career in the banking industry in 1990 to work side-by-side with Glean in managing the business. Together, they have worked to build a company that you can rely on for the best service anywhere!

Over time, we expanded our service area, added technicians and office help, and developed a loyal following. After moving our home to Covina, we established Covina Appliance to service our local area. We are delighted to continue the tradition of providing the best in service for our friends and neighbors.

Where We Are Today
We moved to our new location at 146 Shoppers Lane (near the corner of Citrus and Rowland) in April 1998 (in what was formerly the Weight Watcher’s location).

Our large, well-stocked Appliance Parts Department offers DISCOUNT PARTS for do-it-yourselfers, along with friendly advice when you need it! We are open when others aren’t, so hopefully you don’t have to wait to get the part you need. We’ll even stay late, and wait for you to pick up a part after hours. Just call and let us know you’re on your way!

We offer SAME DAY SERVICE in most instances for in-home appliance repair on WASHERS, DRYERS, STOVES, DISHWASHERS, RANGES, MICROWAVES, and REFRIGERATORS, and have FACTORY-TRAINED AND AUTHORIZED technicians to provide professional, prompt, courteous service.
